HOBO RETAIL RETURN POLICY

Shopping at HOBO is always an adventure.  We promise you’ll never know what you’ll find but you’ll always find quality items for less!  But hey, we all know it’s no deal unless you’re satisfied.  Our return policy is simple.  Here’s what you need to know in three easy steps.

STEP 1: COME ON IN

Within 30 Days:  Almost everything you buy can be exchanged or returned for a full refund.  Just bring it in within 30 days of purchase to any HOBO location.  HOBO will gladly exchange or refund any item when it is:

1. Returned in a factory-sealed carton in good condition (masking tape, duct tape, chewing gum are not considered typical factory sealing methods.)
2. With an original HOBO register receipt.

More Than 30 Days: No problem.  Bring your purchase in to any HOBO location and our managers will review.  While no refunds will be allowed on this merchandise, a HOBO Merchandise Credit Slip may be offered at the manager’s discretion.  This slip has no cash value, but can be used to shop in any one of our six locations.

STEP 2: BE LICENSED

All refunds and exchanges require a valid driver’s license presented at the time of request (don’t worry, our pictures are just as bad.)

STEP 3: GO HOME HAPPY

HOBO will happily provide you with a refund.  Just remember the three C’s…

30 DAY HOBO SALES PRICE GUARANTEE

At HOBO, we know the value of your hard earned dollar, nothing is worse than paying too much.  That is why we guarantee our HOBO prices for 30 days.  If we advertise a lower price on any item you have purchased from HOBO in the last 30 days, simply return to any HOBO location and we will gladly refund the difference.  With receipt only, you will receive in-store credit for the difference.  With the receipt and product in its original packaging, we will refund the difference according to the rules of our return policy.  This allows you to shop at HOBO with the confidence that you are always getting the lowest possible HOBO price.

THINGS TO ASK YOURSELF BEFORE YOU RETURN AN ITEM:

Are you returning power tools?
While power tools are not eligible for refunds, we will gladly exchange for exactly the same one within 30 days of purchase.

Was this special order?
Sorry, this was made especially for you and there are no exchanges or refunds available on items such as Haas cabinets, LWM wood flooring or custom countertops.

Is the product damaged?
If your product is damaged it can be exchanged at the discretion of HOBO management if returned within 30 days.  Sorry, damaged claims after 30 days from the date of purchase cannot be honored.

Was it a final sale?
Closeout or reduced items (check your tag for prices ending in $0.77) are not eligible for exchange or refund.
